In case you haven’t heard, the Dwell 2nd Street Apartment community is getting a tasty new neighbor. The Deli @ Dwell offers a bright, welcoming space for both residents and neighbors to enjoy breakfast, sandwiches, smoothies, cocktails, and a little bit of everything in between.

To complement the unique flavors on our menu, graffiti art featured throughout the deli is created by local artists who grew up in the area, adding another touch of personality to the space. With specialty cocktails, eight craft beers on tap, a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, homemade sandwiches, and more, we know Deli @ Dwell will quickly become a beloved centerpiece of our apartment community and neighborhood. We know we’re not the only ones excited to sip a wine slushie, dig into a wrap, and catch up with neighbors.
